Me & 2 of my sons have celiac and require gluten free for dietary. I also consider myself "Vegan except the meat" (I am dairy and egg free in addition to gluten free).
Baking is my favorite thing, and I stress bake which ironically sometimes causes more stress!

I have 3 sons. Parenting is endless exhaustion, but I really love being a mother and guiding and caring for them.

I am settled in St. Louis for the foreseeable future so my kids can grow up near extended family. This photo is from 2006 New Years when I lived downtown St. Louis before kids. I grew up in Southern Arizona and have deep Southern Illinois family roots and history. I enjoyed also living in Wisconsin for a few years.
